A Call for Peace NOW Movement: End Youth Violence


Join us in  bringing awareness against bullying, drugs, suicide, child abuse, trafficking, school or neighborhood shootings and all other societal ills that negatively affect our children. Display love and support for our youth by decorating your homes, yards, businesses, schools, churches, and communities in black and gold ribbons, balloons, and other decorations or wearing black and gold attire and awareness ribbons. Spread the word; get your community excited to stand behind our youth when they need us the most. Your involvement is valuable. Sign up  to become an Ambassador for Peace today! Let's Come Together and Celebrate the Lives of Our Youth


Now is the time to celebrate! Join us as we prepare a celebration that will touch the lives of our youth who may feel they are insignificant or alone. Every kid needs to know they are appreciated, valued and loved. Join us as we celebrate all  youth through a week long celebration that consist of concerts, ralllies, self-improvement workshops, special guest speakers, food, family, fun and more. We Love Our Kids Walk.   Show Your Love by Showing Up!


We all need to feel loved...especially our youth! Register and show your support by walking with others committed to creating a safer environment for our kids. Here's how to get involved: Grab your gym shoes, water bottle, child, niece, nephew, student, neighbor or loved one and get tready for a 3 mile walk to show our youth some support. If you don't have a kid, no problem!  Your participation alone will benefit a child who is eager to see that someone cares. To accompany the walk, there will be marching bands, floats and plenty of giveaways as we show the world how much we love our kids!

Virginia Tech Shooting Leaves 33 Dead


Virginia Tech students prayed in a church near the university after a shooting rampage.


Thirty-three people were killed Monday on the campus of Virginia Tech in what appears to be the deadliest shooting rampage in American history, according to federal law enforcement officials.  Many of the victims were students shot in a dorm and a classroom building.
